I am hereby submitting my artwork (the “Artwork”) through my parent or legal guardian to VeryMeri, LLC, a California limited liability company (the “Company”), via the website, www.verymeri.com (the “Site”), for entry into an artwork contest on the Site (the “Contest”).  By submitting my Artwork to Company, I hereby grant to Company a perpetual, non-terminable, exclusive license to display my Artwork on the Site and all of Company’s promotional materials.  I hereby represent and warrant to Company that I own all right, title and interest in and to the Artwork and that I have not copied anyone or anything else in creating my Artwork.  I also hereby acknowledge that I have been informed that should my Artwork be selected, Company has no obligation to use my Artwork unless and until I have executed an assignment in favor of Company.
